Contest Rules

General Rules:
The contest is open only to U.S. residents who are 18 years or older
at time of submission. Employees of <meta projects> Inc. affiliates,
subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate
family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. <meta
projects> Inc. is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected,
mutilated or illegible or misdirected U.S. mail, for technical,
hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network
connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions
which may limit a user’s ability to participate in the promotion,
for entries not received in time for the random drawing or for miss-transcribed
entries or faulty telephone transmissions. Any federal, state and
local taxes, and or fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.
All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Return
of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification
and an alternate will be selected. <meta projects> Inc. reserves
the right to substitute prize of equal value if that prize is no
longer available. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to
the sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness
for purposes of email notifications. By participating in this promotion,
entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions
of the judges. By participating, we also use the right for any and
all future promotions.
Random Drawing:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible
entries received by <meta projects> Inc. Prize will be awarded
and winner posted on the website, www.metaprojects.com. Odds of
winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
Contest Rules:
<meta projects> Inc. plans to give away a prize every two
months beginning June 2007 through June 2008 or further notice.
Roughly six prizes will be eligible per year, which will be selected
randomly. You will be automatically entered to win with one, and
only ONE submission of email address for email promotions. Once
entered, you are eligible for the prize offered at the time of submission.
The winner will be posted online and will have to one week to claim
the prize. Non-compliance within this time period may result in
disqualification and the prize will be offered at a later date.
The winner must contact our promotions department to claim the winning
prize within one week of posting. Winner may make no substitution
or transfer of prize. Posting will be listed randomly; therefore
you must revisit to see if you win. Winners will only be drawn with
submissions of at least 100 contestants. Drawings will be postponed
until the next month until the minimum of 100 contestants are reached.
